ALX Uranium - October 7, 2019 Falcon Nickel Project, Saskatchewan - Initial Work Programs

"ALX has engaged Condor Consulting Inc. of Lakewood, Colorado ("Condor") to perform a detailed interpretation of historical digital

data from three airborne surveys flown over the Falcon area between 1991 and 2008. Condor is recognized internationally as an

expert in the field of airborne electromagnetics. Its final report of the results is pending. ALX has also produced a preliminary 3D

geological model for Falcon - all available historical drill data and surface sampling data will be integrated with the Condor

report to better understand the controls on Ni-Cu-Co minerlization within the project."

District Metals Corp. September 19-Disctrict Announces VTEM Interpretation at Bakar Property

"September 19, 2019 - District Metals Corp. (TSX-V: DMX; "District" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the interpretation of

final VTEM (versatile time-domain electromagnetic) data from a helicopter-borne survey flown at its Bakar Property on northern

Vancouver Island in British Columbia. The VTEM Plus survey comprised a total of 804 line-kms flown by Geotech Ltd. in May 2019,

and the interpretation was completed by Condor Consulting Ltd."
